No standard programme. No fixed agenda.
Every training starts with your context, your data, your questions and is built around them.
What training looks like
- Workshop (half or full day): intensive, focused on one theme or challenge
- Training (1–3 days): built around a learning route, with exercises on your own data
- On-the-job coaching: working on a real case together, learning by doing
- Sparring session: targeted advice on a specific problem or decision
Every format grows out of alignment: beforehand, but also during the day itself. We speed up where we can, slow down where we should, and always build on what's already there. More about how that works in practice on the way of working page.
What training can cover
- Power BI & data visualisation: from model to dashboard, with attention to performance and interpretation
- Data modelling & DAX: facts, dimensions, relationships and calculations that are both correct and scalable
- Microsoft Fabric & Synapse: when it makes sense, and when simplicity works better
- Governance & adoption: definitions, ownership and collaboration around data
- Power Automate & Power Apps: automation and low-code as support
These aren't fixed programmes. Think of them as starting points that take a different shape in every conversation. The common thread is always my perspective on data: understanding before building.
