What you'll learn
The MB-280 exam (Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Analyst) focuses on configuring and using Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Customer Voice. You learn how to build customer profiles, create segments, set up journey orchestration and get measurable results from your customer data.
In my training we go beyond the buttons. We look at the why behind the configuration: what problem are you solving, for whom, and how do you measure whether it works?
MB-280 — Official certification training (MCT)
This is an official MB-280 certification training (Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Analyst). We use the learning objectives and exam structure of Microsoft Learn. As a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) we make sure you don't just "learn the buttons", but also understand how to apply it in a working customer experience/sales scenario.

Basic knowledge of Dynamics 365 or similar CRM tooling is helpful, but not required.
How this translates to my approach
We make it practical straight away with a marketing/sales case that resembles your reality. Concretely: we design one customer journey (e.g. lead → nurture → sales handoff), determine which segments you need and which data is relevant, and translate that into a setup your team can actually use.
Then we look at the impact on sales: how do you make sure the output of marketing/journeys actually "lands" in the sales process, and how you use AI features (where appropriate) without noise. You walk out with a workable setup and inspiration for campaigns/flows.
